Zaino: Avg Time

What is the average time for wash and polish using Zaino system?

For a full detail that includes:
Wash, dry, clay, polish with PC, Z5 pro x2, ZCS with final Z6 wipedown....about 6 hours. Honestly, the polishing and letting the Zaino dry is what takes the bulk of the time for me.

wow, six hours is a long time to detail. how often do you you do this process?

for me it took about a day, the time is mostly letting the wax dry and set, but i had to wait a while since its pretty humid in Florida. I did about 5 coats of z5, z coats of z2 with coats of z6 in between and it has lasted me over a year so far. All I do now is hose it off with water and air dry it with a leaf blower and is still has its orignal shine, gloss and ability to sheet/bead up water.

A full detail like that is only twice a year.

This article entitled "Developing A Detailing Routine" should answer your question. Quite lengthy but definetly a good read. In the processing chart, substitute your product of choice.
