wow gross.. help meeeeeee

So on saturday, my friend got drunk and i was DD. He puked inside the center consoles' air condition.

I didn't notice because i was so tired n the music was way loud. What an ass for not telling me right?

About 5 hours later, i notice it and i scrubbed it and took out my whole center console and flushed it out with water.

I put everything back in but the smell was obviously still there.

So i tried all these remedies like white vinegar, charcoal briquettes, air fresheners, air wick, apples, etc.

Now the smell is a combination of vinegar and throw up.

What should I do now?!

If he was that drunk, he probably didn't remember.

I would try some of the pet odor removers that are enzyme based. Works great on foul smelling dog puke.

seriously.. get better friends, who drinks til they puke? I can't believe you used vinegar. Get a citric based cleaner to neutralize both then use air fresheners under the seat.. if that doesn't work, your only option is to hotbox it.

I take it that he puked inside the TL's vents, right?

If he did, the smell is going to go inside the vents into the whole a/c system. your best bet is to take out the ducting and clean it up. As well he probably got it all over the center console, while you are taking out the ducting, the navi and radio will come out so you can clean up the rest of your dash. Also take the time to ozone the car to kill any bacteria from any remaining stuff after putting all the pieces in the car.
