Whats the best car vacuum?
#3
Well, this is a more $$$ than a shop vac, but if you want something that is a killer vacuum cleaner, here is the one. You can pick up all the dog hair you want, then use the "exhaust" to blow your car dry!

However, I checked out a friend who had the Griot's unit, and it really sucked -- a lot of stuff up (more than my shop vac).
It is also much smaller and powerful. A shop vac can be purchased on sale, but if you really want to go crazy, that small unit really does a great job -- and it does it fast!

The Griot's unit has something like 4 HP -- this means the unit will draw over 15 amps at full tilt! A wall socket will deliver somewhere around 15-20 amps!!! I saw the unit in blower mode and it was like a leaf blower...
