Check out some detailing forums like DetailingBliss.com you will become very addicted once you get your feet wet.

and you can get a decent rotary from harbor freight and you can actually get decent pads from them, but I myself have went the over the counter route just because money is tight for me, i buy my meguiar pads from advanced auto, as well as m105/m205, I don't swear by brand but that was cheapest route for me to go, others prefer higher costing brands but meguiars is a great cost alternative.

And lately this is also ironic I have been asked over this last holiday to detail some cars for a local acura dealership because they saw my car so I detailed their indoor cars made like 500 bucks doing it too.

And just out of curiosity do you hand buff or power buff out the wax? Thanks and phenomenal work!
1. I use compressed air to get perforated leather clean.

2. You can't do anything about the pitting but clay barring the chrome will clean up the debris.

3. I hand buff off the wax.
