weird paint texture
i tried searching but cna't seem to find anything...but i was washing my car today and while i was waxing (nxt works great btw)...i noticed that the lower panel on both doors had this weird ass texture...i dunno if its supposed to be like that or not...but it doesnt look smooth...it looks bumpy as hell...like the surface of a basketball..anybody ever had this before? and also i notice that some other parts of my car were duller than the rest even WITH wax...any solutions? thanks in advance.

What car do you have?
I think this was a problem in early batches of 03 CL's with Anthracite. Mine had a spot behind the pass. side rear 1/4 panel. Oddly enough I had a little fenderbender and that area was repainted so it went away.
Or if you bought the car used, it could be it was repainted or something. Or maybe the clearcoat is getting work off?
