I'm planning my first major paint care on my car. Im planning to clay, polish, and wax, but do i have to wash after i polish???


here are my planned steps
1. Dawn wash
2. Meguiars Clay
3 Light Wash
4. Meguiars 2 step deep crystal car polish.
5. Wash???? yes or no
6. Meguiars Tech Wax

There is no need to use Dawn to wash the car. It will just dry out your rubber pieces. Just use a good car wash likes Meguiars gold class or nxt. some good sites to research your car clean would be:

Dawn washing is just a bad idea that Sal Zanio had come up with and now alot of people think that they have to do it.
