URGENT De-badging stains

Hey all,

I just debadged my trunk yesterday. I got all of the adhesive residue removed but I still have outlined stains (it seems like stains but may just be more residue) of ACURA and 3.0CL. Do I need to take some rubbing compund to it or what? I don't know how to remove it without damaging the paint.

Please Help!!! I appreciate the responses.

That's what I used to take the adhesive off, but I still have a light stain around were the letters used to be.

You sure it's not faded paint? You realize that the paint under the emblem will not fade like the area around the emblems. Not much you can do bout that.

It's not faded because the outline of the letters on the paint is a greenish color (maybe mold or something) The paint underneath the letter was OK, match the rest of the car fine. Its doesn't look damaged at all, it just looks like a stain that I need to take off.
