UPP vs. UPGP

Without opening a can of worms here, I'd like some expert opinion on the longevity of these two products. I'm in California so I prefer to do a full clay, polish, wax and seal job twice a year.

Also due to a stroke of bad luck, a friend of mine gave me something called Pinnacle nuba wax and he swore up and down like it was gold wax, so I wanted to ask if I can use this or any other nuba wax before applying the UPP (four star ultimate paint protection) or UPGP (ultima paint guard plus)?

Thanks.

I haven't tried UPGP but I can attest to UPP. You'll want to apply UPP before any waxes.

Thanks guys, I would have applied the wax before the sealant.

Sorry to thread hijack, but question...

I've got Meguiars NXT 2.0 (is this any good?) and if I buy UPP, I apply it before the NXT?

If you buy UPP, ditch the NXT and add another coat of UPP instead!
NXT has some filling properties which will not allow proper UPP adhesion. So, if you have the two on hand, and want to use both, go with UPP first. Then the problem arises of NXT's cleaning agents removing/compromising UPP.....
