Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions Black Acrylic Spray Wax and Black Acrylic Polish review

Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions Black Acrylic Spray Wax and Black Acrylic Polish review.

So after some research and reviews tried the Turtle Wax Hybrid solutions line. I used the spray wax on my wife's 2017 CR-V (black) and it works amazing, very easy to apply and take off. There are some unusual procedures with the product such as no washing or 2nd coat until 24 hours later to allow the 1st coat time to cure. I'll post some pics of our black 05 TL and 17 CR-V when a get a chance. One thing that's very impressive is how slippery the paint is after just one application of the spray wax. Also the Turtle Wax website has some good deals, there was a special for both of these $25. These are the wax and polish for black cars, there's another pair for non-black paint.

Few pics of the finished results, I'm not a great detailer by any stretch of the imagination but the results came out good.

Look at the black pigment in the polish (FWIW the applicator I ran through the washing machine afterwards and it came out clean).

Looks great! I have been a huge fan of DIY Detailing's Ceramic Gloss as of late. It works well, and leaves the paint nice and slick.
