TL's First Birthday
It was my TL's 1st birthday this past April/May

A birthday is incomplete without gifts, so I ordered the A-spec full body kit.
I didn't have time to install it until this past weekend, about a month after it arrived. It was also a good time to pamper the TL with the semi annual exterior detail. Since last August, this car has become my daily driver. It's a 08 TL, Polished Metal Metallic.
Here's my process:
Friday - half day to kick this off:
Pre-soak with ONR
"Wash" with ONR and grout sponge
Meguiar's fine/medium clay with ONR
G110 with OP on white pad
G110 with OPS on white pad
IPA 50/50 (but more like 60/40) wipe down
Saturday - all day
Install aspec kit (front lip, rear lip, side skirts)
With the rear bumper off, cleaned up the exhaust tips with ONR and Never Dull
Sunday - most of the day
IPA wipe down to remove oil/fingerprints from removing/replacing bumpers/skirts
DWG by hand with MF applicator
FS UPP by hand with foam applicator on paint and rims.. only had time for 1 layer. I might add another after the next wash.
FS Tire Protectant Gel
Clean up all the crap and get ready for work on Monday.

Thanks to everyone here in wash/wax for sharing their wisdom, and especially to Pat for product guidance!
The pix are below... enjoy!
The 3 package present

Typical weather in SF - mid 60s and overcast sky - no direct sun shots.

Even the cops dropped by to say "nice kit"
