Throw up on the backseat!!

ok some friends and i went out sat night and i got puke in my back seat of my 3G TL and i believe it went threw the holes in the seats and it smells what CAN i do to get the odor out?

your best bet is to rent an extractor and try to get all the stuff out. You can take out the rear seat to make it easier. Look in the 3G garage in the 3rd gen tl section on how to do that.

I think you can do some decent odor removal by purchasing some enzyme-based cleaner to remove the majority of the odor if not all of it. You'd really have to have it professionally detailed using a commercial extractor to really get all of it out.

It may be cheaper to get a new bench seat. I don't know about the TL, but in the TSX you can undo one bolt and remove the entire bottom part of the rear seat. Look into how much a replacement in your car's color would cost. Possibly source it at a junkyard.

if this was me i would buy a new backseat. take maybe 2 hours max to unbolt the old one and put the new one in.
