take the leather seat covers off, clean them w/ leather cleaner then get a shop vac and suck out the cushions
i would get it done professionally since you obviously have ocd. if u dont, youll only have doubts, which sux, esp if youre neurotic. tell the offender to pay for it - puking does have consequences.
I'd have to slam on the brakes and jump out of the car to prevent puking myself (I'm a sympathy puker).
But I couldn't be mad at a friend for it. I take good care of my cars, and I always have -- and I'd take care of that situation. But, nonetheless, it is just a car and has no value in comparison to a friend (or in this case, girlfriend).
Anyway, I'd just let a professional do it. It shouldn't cost that much. Buying new seats is unnecessary, as is taking the upholstery off the current ones. The perforation does make it more difficult, but a professional should be able to handle it easily.

I yakked in the back seat of my wife's car on my birthday last year (thanks to my wonderful friends
). Somehow I contained it mostly to my lap, but somehow she got the rest of it up. I'd ask her how, but I prefer not to bring it up

so i cleaned it all out today. i went to pep boys this morning and picked up some carpet shampoo with deoderizer and the scunci steamer.
first, i cleaned the seats with lexol leather cleaner. then, i steamed each and every perforation. the scunci actually works great. it literally evaporated the puke in the perforations. however, i read that after steaming leather, you should condition it shortly after because steaming drys it out. so, i did that.
then, i shampood and steamed the carpets and it looks/smells like new. good thing i have the all season mats. the carpet contact was minimal.
btw, i used the scunci steamer on my rims and the brake dust came off like magic! best $50 i've ever spent.
thanks for all of your help guys! i really appreciate it.

But that's the easy way. The more difficult, but correct, solution would be to remove the leather seat cover and clean it and the foam underneath.
There is a reason that the Odyssey doesn't have perforated leather upholstery and the cloth upholstery is in a camouflage pattern....

the offender was a girl who invited me to HER office party where i knew no one! she left me a message yesterday saying that she had a great time and she's glad she threw up in a bag and not my car. ummm....maybe shes though that my black perforated leather was a bag? that message made me even more mad at her.
