Thanks Patrick

Yesterday I received my small order from Excel, half gallon spray, 32oz NRW, DG 601, and DG 105. I cannot wait to try out the NRW, I've read and read and just recently was able to financial afford to splurge on something a little nicer for myself. Everything was in perfect condition, packaged very nice. I didn't pay too much attention, but is there a way to choose to send it a little faster next time? Thanks again, and there will be many more orders in the furture!!

Not a problem Matt! Glad I could help! Enjoy your products, and if you have any question, just give me a call.
As for shipping, I use the most economical for everyone. I could have gotten that there in 2 days, but the rate would have been $22.00 vs. $9.00.
Your order, as an example, left my location on a Thursday, departed Calif., on Saturday. Entered the Kentucky hub Monday, with delivery to your local Tuesday......Not too bad considering Sunday was Easter, and I dont think anything moved Sunday, period.
Im not sure why it was here in Ca for 2+ days though.......I will have to look at some other orders and see if this is the norm......

Well since you have a stock now you won't have to worry about delivery time just reorder before you're completely out.

Hey Matt, if you order on a regular basis you won't be able to tell how long shipping takes.

I was thinking the same thing, looking at the ONR, I will probably be ordering a gallon next week so that I have enough to used for presoak, clay, and quick detailer...very economical...quick question...for the presoak, do you just do the dilution of one ounce per gallon, or does it need to be a little stronger for the pre soak? Also, it is a half gallon sprayer for now.

I prefer a 1-2oz:1gal ratio. No harm in a lil extra, but dont get crazy........

If you're browsing the Wash & Wax forums, it's already too late...
