so many different methods?
so I've read alot of different car care method by different people. The wash,dry, and clay are pretty much the same. But the PC parts vary by people. Is this preference or how badly the paint needs it?
what would be an example of the difference between PC detailing of:
1. a 10+ year old car with a lot of swirls and some noticeable scratches
2. a 5 year old car with some swirls and light scratches
3. a 1 year old (or less) car with very little swirls and just needs protection
(if possible, could the examples include exceldetail's products, as I'm planning to order in the future
)

thanks for the replies and advice.
And as for car manufacturer, most of my family/friends have Japanese cars, the ones I plan on detailing. I think i read somewhere that Japanese manufacturers have "soft paint/clearcoat"? I might be wrong.
