Cleaning this

Hey guys. I want to clean part in the above link. It is circled in green. I was wondering how I would go about doing so? I tried scrubbing with quick detailer and those black spots aren't coming off. Any ideas guys?

A QD is non-abrasive and used for paintwork like clear coat. You need something that will abrade the 'spots' from the metal.

Use a cutting polish (Wenol Original (Red tube) followed by a fine metal polish (Auto Wenol Blue tube)- http//:www.autogeek.net ) to produce a bright shine apply products with a 100% cotton micro fibre cloth (DFTowel- http://www.dftowel.com)
