Quick Q about floor mats
Hmmm those mats are pretty thick and stiff. I wouldn't put them in my machine. Have you tried washing them with your garden hose and scrubbing with a brush? Perhaps using some sort of rug cleaner as well. Then drip and air dry. I went ahead and bought the all weather (rubber) mats. Easy to care for, just hose and scrub.
Usually I just vacuum them and beat them against each other. This doesn't usually accomplish much though, it releases some dirt/dust, but bring a lot of it to the surface, making my black mats brown! Maybe i'll bring them to a laundromat so I don't mess up my own washing machine? I'm wondering if the floormats will survive the washing machine... I've thrown in cheap $10 walmart rugs into the washing machine with no problem..
