Questions about Black Magic's Bleche Wite Tire Cleaner

Hey all, I recently picked up a bundle of car products at a local auto store and included in the bundle was Black Magic's Bleche Wite Tire Cleaner. It seems like this product is made for whitewall tires, but according to Black Magic it is fully capable to use on blackwalls.

I didn't know if anyone here is familiar with this product or if it's safe to use on our Mich. Pilot Sport AS+ tires on our TL. I'm assuming since this is a bleach of some sort then I should cover the alloy rims so no dripping occurs, but I am not sure if that is necessary.

Hopefully someone on here is familiar with this product

Thats just rebadged Wesleys Bleche Wite ... its been around for years , not a bleech by any means.

I used to use it all the time it works great. Just don't use it if your wheels are bare aluminum as it will cloud them. On cleared wheels it is fine .. just try not to get a lot on the wheel.

Spray it on all 4 tires .. go back to tire 1 and mist it with the hose and scrub it .. rinse .. go to tire 2 ..

Once all done and tire is dry then add dressing.

Bleche-WiteŽ Whitewall Cleaner- contains Butyl Cellosolve (2-butoxyethanol) Sodium Met silicate and Sodium Hydroxide, which are base (alkaline pH 13, none of which are particularly paint, rubber or human friendly. It will stain / etch clear coat painted wheels and zinc rotors as well as drying out tyres

As Jesstzn intimates the Black Magic product has the same formulation

I used it for years and never had either of those issues ... BUT it will really haze/stain aluminum wheels that are not clear coated.
