Product for the sunroof surround?

Anyone have a suggestion for the rubber surround on the outside of the sunroof? (on a TSX) Mine is starting to look faded and on a black car, it looks bad. It appears to be some kind of soft rubber seal, not plastic. Thanks

Either Black WOW or Einszett 1Z Gummi Pflege which are things that Patrick sells.

This is just a guess by the way, I haven't had any issues with this rubber with my car or clients' cars.

Wipe it down with rubbing Alcohol to remove the oxidization then I use Megs #40 Vinyl & Rubber Conditioner.

Do the products you guys just listed work on plastic as well? I wanna rejuvenate the plastic between the hood and the wipers, they've turned this dull gray!

Black WOW will work great for that Jason. You just have to make sure you clean it really well before applying BW.

Sorry for the slow reply .. I was out of town. Before I used the BW I wiped the area down with 50/50 mix of rubbing alcohol & water. I applied it and rubbed it in best I could .. the next day I gave it another wipe down. Its been 20 or so washes and it has slowly progressed from a semi gossy finish to now just "new" looking black. Not back to the previous dull black.

I used BW 2 days ago to the faded to grey trim on the back bumper of a Ford 4x4 and it brought it up black black.

I'm very happy with it .

BTW Patrick I got the Danase Wet Glaze on Friday and did 1/2 of on front fender on the TL and I can see a difference .. I ran a strip of masking tape down and did up to the tape and then wiped it off and removed the tape and i could see a difference. And this is on WDP so should be better on darker colors. I will use it on the daughter Ferarri in a couple weeks to see how it looks.

On the TL it was applied over 3 day old Duragloss 105 .. and I will do 105 on the Ferarri then the Wet Glaze.
