Pictures of garage and products

I've seen this on other forums, couldn't find a thread like this here in wash & wax. I am at work right now, so can't take, download photos but will have some up soon enough this weekend. I just think its a cool topic.

I like to see examples of what I can aspire to be in a detailer. I have such a small collection of items, but thus far have helped me perform great work IMO. I guess its all about how you use what is available to you. Its been alot easier in the last year, knowing what products that make the process easier, and alot of that learning has came from this very site, thankyou guys!! Now lets see those garage pics!!!

there is a rule that if you start a pics thread... you need to start it with your own pic...

so after you OP...

Hmm... it's a lot of work for me to take out EVERYTHING that I have, LoL. How about a picture of all my LSP's... would that suffice?

I have too many products (in too many places) to take product shots, but I recently did a garage makeover thread. I'll take the lazy route...look HERE.

Thanks Fergy, but I aspire to be half the detailer of some other guys on here! There's always plenty to learn.

As for the garage, I'm still getting the floor acid-stained, but my concrete guy's workload is backed up like crazy because all of the rain we've had. It will be about a 4 day process to finish it up, but it's going to look insane when it's finished.

thanks, its actually a fluke though..that piece of wood was just there when I moved in, decided that it worked for that very reason, and just ver moved it. I eventually will have it all dry walled, and will have a hanging bar from IKEA for those bottles, to help it look just a weee lil bit professional..

the two bottles of megs qd are actaully ONR clay lube in the larger one, and ONR QD in the smaller one, I just love how those spray to much to throw them away.

Great collection but as a suggestion (I already mentioned this on DB but figured I'd say it here for everyone's benefit) you should remove those tags on your MF's because they may scratch your paint (if you so happen to use them for your paint).

Also, I do agree that the Meg's bottles/sprayers are really nice and I actually kept a couple myself.

once we get everyone's pics up, we should have a contest on AZ's Baddest Detailing Garage... :hmm:

maybe that would encourage some members to step it up... thoughts?

well obviously, Patrick wouldn't be able to participate because one picture of his warehouse would trump all of our garages combined...

Garage/work bench

2 Car garage, work bench in the middle, you can see the ack hibernating on the right

Before I added another 3 boxes of stuff from exceldetail

I've added a lot of products and pads from Patrick since these pics, but can still get the idea. These pics were after I bought a ton of megs products off another member on here

Thanks, it's one of my best investments, cost me almost $200 but it's coated with anti-rust epoxy, and each shelf supports 150 lbs

Unfortunately, looks like I'm gonna have to clear off another shelf for all the damn detailing products I have!

all my friends think i'm crazy for having so much detailing stuff. I told them you should see some of the collections I see online...people with 4-5 $300 wax's...that is crazy! or maybe just a lil overboard..

so today I should have my 32oz ONR, Opti-Bond tire gel waiting at the house. I picked up my gallon of APC, Megs APC bottle and sprayer, two bottles of DG 901, and two bottles of DG 471. Some times next week I should have my two glass towels and Collinite 476s from Pat....it just keeps getting more and more out of control...I need to buy something for my wife before she starts getting pissy!

she would be nosey! I would have to lock it to keep her out..she would want to know what was behind the closed doors. It is something that later on I would want to do, I have been eyeing some items at IKEA to store the stuff in, might have to keep an eye on the scratch and dent section

I guess I will post mine up to. Products are organized in rows based on type of product. Then clean and dirty rags with the UDM on the second row.

werd... some guys are like batman with their stashes... especially with pr0n... so i think some of our S.O. would rather we have our detailing stashes than the prior mentioned...
