No Brainer

I know this seems like a no brainer question, but, how do you all wash your door jams and areas of that same nature? What do you use? Do you wash it before or after you wash your car? Do you ever clay, polish, or wax it?
Thanks for the feedback

After I wash and dry, I open the doors one at a time and use a damp MF to wipe them down. I usually use the towels from the 12 pack at Costco, and also get into the fuel door area and the trunk hinge areas/drainage troughs.

Since I'm a bit OCD, i clayed almost every surface of my car, door jambs, gas tank cover inside and out, windows, etc. I just put some Zaino on it when i wax up the entire car. I use z-6 on it.

The door jambs are the last part of my detail. I just use a QD or quick cleaner like Freedom One, which cleans and protects.

Do you recommend/suggest the use of Freedom One, or Freedom Original for a generally clean car that is typically garaged (but gets a bit of dust and silt in downtown parking garages)? I'm not always keen on the "California Dusters" to remove dust, and don't always have time for a full wash.

Thanks,

Freedom One. I like the Original myself, but use the F1 for Quick Cleaning........The Original has same fillers in it which also help to hide some swirls. As with all quick cleaning, quick detailing products, make sure you use a rolling method with your MF when using.
I'll be having a give-away next month for one of the Freedom products!

Do you just spray this on and walk away? Or do you have to wipe it off? Also so you use an applicator to apply this to those areas? Should the areas you use this on be cleaned first? And finally should I protect my interior when using this in door jams and in the trunk?
