New Car Smell Leather Conditioner?
#1
![Question](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/icons/icon5.gif)
I remember reading somewhere here about a leather conditioner that gives that new car smell... can anyone tell me which one that is? I've been using Lexol, but I'm not a fan of its smell.. I'm about to condition the car seats in my mother's new car, and I don't want it to lose that nice new car smell!
Thanks
Thanks

Probably cuz it's OTC... OTC products are sometimes overlooked/stigmatized.
I have to say, the leather conditioner is AWESOME, the black leather in my TL just sucked it up. $9 at autobarn for a big 24oz. bottle. It's a cleaner and conditioner in one, which I really appreciate since i HATE detailing the interior of my car. The smell isn't quite what i was looking for, but it's better smelling than Lexol IMO. It leaves a matte finish that is somewhat glossy to the touch, but not slick or greasy.

Is the Mothers Reflections Leather stuff sold in stores anywhere? I'm located in Southern California (Orange County). I've visited 2 Pep Boys, Walmart, 2 Autozones and have yet to find it

Mothers Leather care or Four Star Leather Gel. The actual "scent" is man made, and not necessarily "natural". Careful what you wish for as your inhaling chemicals.........

I just got some Duragloss leather protectant in the mail - cant wait to give it a try. Maybe i've been hanging around a certain car detailing board to much but sounds as though all Duragloss products are very similar to their Z count parts at significantly smaller costs.

Duragloss products, made by Brothers Research Corp, without doubt are some of the best products made for car care. Add the extremely affordable pricing structure, and they are leaps and bounds ahead of everyone else. (And this is coming from a retailer of many products!)
