Mods, sometime during the upgrade (Im assuming), 2 years of very valuable information was deleted. Acurazine Wash and Shine, within these two years, had developed a very loyal following, and as such, had many many, many threads on Optimum No Rinse Wash and Shine. This is an item which I sell to many users on this forum, as well as worldwide.
Different user techniques, many pictures, suggestions, ideas, alternative uses etc........all developed, tested, and shared with other members. Its now unavailable, or floating in cyber space somewhere.
As a sponsor of this forum, I find this to be a lack of attention to details. Had I been informed prior to the upgrade (remember, I am a paying sponsor) I could have saved the information elsewhere, and reposted at a time of convenience for all members to view once again. This was information that these members, as well as myself, had taken time to share with others, and make Wash and Shine a better place. It was information like this, and member contributions, that has taken Wash and Shine to the level which its currently at. Membership has significantly increased (IMO) compared to the Wash and Shine of yesterday.
Please do some homework and see if you can ressurect all user threads regarding Optimum No Rinse Wash & SHine!!

Yeah...I noticed a bunch of TSC17's threads have gone, too.

 

Dang and I thought we wouldn't lose any data.

 

The other thing too with the search is if you go to the advanced and do a search for threads started by a user and search my screen name nothing comes up. Yet there is recent threads started by myself.


Seems I can search others names .. just not mine.

 

I got sent to the firing squad without a trial! I had recent posts with my (part-time) detailing biz name in it, and received a message from admin (that lacked professionalism) about advertising. My threads were deleted, my signature was deleted, and my avatar was deleted as well.

I still can't find any rules section pertaining to this, and my message to admin was unanswered.

All he had to say was: "in fairness to our sponsors, you cannot list any company name or contact info in your posts". Had I received that, I would have said "no problem, and I completely understand...I'll fix the issue(s) immediately".

I asked for clarification on future posts (can I make the same before/after posts, with all of the educational information for fellow members, as long as I have no company information), but once again...no reply.

I'm trying to keep things on a very professional level, however...
