NanoSkin Auto scrub..
Im sure this has been discussed here before but i couldnt find the thread.
anyways, my wife has been bugging me about what i want for my birthday.. i really dont have a need for much so i just randomly said i wanted one of these.
its nothing i would have bought on my own. ive been on the fence about getting one, but i always talked myself out of it becase i have plenty of clay.
i got around to giving it a try the other day and WOW.
i primed it on the windshield per directions and began to use it on my paint.
even with no sealant or wax left on the car, it was buttery smooth after the scrub. the difference between clay and this is nothing short of amazing.
i did my entire tsx in about a hour but i took my time. i went over areas very slow and used a lot of the bubblegum smelling detailers spray.
detailers domain seems to be the cheapest. with the kit selling for $49.
it comes with adams detailing spray, the pad and a MF rag. (the pad that came with my kit was med but i know there is a fine pad. the med i guess is for heavy contamination but it worked great)
i highly recommend this to anyone who wants a clean car.
i didnt get any pics because its pretty hard to tell on black paint and its hard to translate how smooth the paint feels through a picture.
point of this post is.. GET ONE NOW. its AWESUM N STUFF!

i was worried about that too esp after i saw that the medium grade one showed up with the kit but nothing of the sort happened.
i primed it very well on the windshield. prob a lot longer than i was supposed to. then i moved on to the quarter panel to see how it was and it was silky smooth.
just be sure to break it in on the windshield for a good 10 mins and you should be fine.
keep it well lubed as well. that seems to be the trick.
i also didnt really apply any pressure. i kept the PC on 3 and just kinda glided it across the paint.
overall, i LOVE it and LOVE the way the paint looks after using it.
hell of a lot better than a clay bar.

This product is def a
from me. I used it for the first time a few weeks ago. Very quick and easy. I'm suppose to use this on my friend's car this weekend.
My new GG DA should be here tomorrow and I will try to get before and after pics with this product.
Although, I still do break out the claybar from time to time and do it by hand.

did you use just the 6 inch or did you get the 4inch as well? did you find you still needed to clay in tight areas? you've got the TSX too so you're a good reference for me. im getting it included on a full package im ordering from Nick at autogeek this week. im in NJ so technically i could pick up from detailers domain, but Nick seems to have a good amount of better deals, especially on the Griots which is what im going for
you can get to most areas with the 6. i used clay in just a few spots like under the mirrors and around the trunk and the little cutout in the rear bumper of the SE.
i love autogeek but i think their kit was like $59 and detailers domain was $49.
i just went with the cheaper.
you can just buy the pad but for a few more bucks, you get the lube and a mf towel so i figured why not. lol
its def worth it man. i clay my car at least twice a year but i may do it more now that i have this. it makes the paint sooo smooth.
i wouldnt mind seeing what the "soft" pad did vs my medium

The Nanoskin Autoscrub System is phenomenal to say the least. It is a huge time saver and because of this, it has established a very loyal following among professional detailers.
I use it all the time. My favorite thing about the Autoscrub System is that if you drop it on the ground, simply rinse it off and you're good to go.
