I'm considering swapping out my stock shift knob for the MOMO Tomahawk or the Raptor. Has anyone done this on an automatic CL? Will the MOMO knobs fit on the auto shifter using the spacers they include with their knobs?

Hey, I have an 05 TSX automatic. The drive shaft in my TSX is rod that is about .25 inches in diameter, and has grooves on it for screwing on the OEM shift knob.

I tried installing a MOMO Evo Carbon/leather shift knob for manual transmission. Even though the MOMO box includes a rubber spacer, its closes ended and is a small rubber cap! Thats it. You can imagine how it would not work on the screw on type. I tried buying a rubber tubing to fill in the space of my MOMO knob and that had an inside diameter of .25 inches. It worked but when the weather got warm , the rubber tubing that I screwed on the drive shaft, slipped around because it did not have grooves like the OEM shift knob to be screwed on. So I returned it. I am still looking for an automatic shift knob for Acura's simple screw on installation. Hope this helps
