Minimum needed to keep the car as new

I have a Matador red car that looks just like it got off the showroom floor. it will be driven about once a week. I don't need to "show off" at this point in time and I want to keep the car in good shape. What would you guys suggest as a good wash etc. it is a lexus gs 300. Also what leather conditioning is good out there. I am new to detailing. I know there is a ton of info here but I am not sure if there is a difference between an acura interior leather and a lexus interior. I know there are different grades of leather. Also the car I have has heated and cooled seats with peforations in the seat is that something I need to watch out for or what? Thanks. I have seen that exceldetail has some things on this forum but not sure of the brand. Also what is the difference between like walmart bought washes IE turtle wax wash and other washes that is the big difference or what do I need to watch out for. Like ingredient wise.
