First of all, where can I get the Meguiars #80? Also, what exactly does this stuff do? Everyone keeps telling me to pick some up so that I have it when I get my PC. Is there anything else that I can use that will do the same thing? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

 

#80 is a light Polish/Glaze. It contains light diminishing abrasives and has the ability to fill minor swirls and scratches, and I mean "minor". Its a great Megs product, if you like a little filling action Albeit shortlived filling.
You could also use Four Star Body Shop Light Cut Compound (with actual better results) or you could also opt for Optimum Polish.
