Does anyone know of a store I could pick up the sonus pads or is this an item I could only get online. Thanks

I don't think you can get them OTC, Your best bet would be to contact Autopia or Sonus and ask them. Mote than likely you have to get them online. Or you can try the Propel pads mentioned above.
