Leather Cleaning and Water..
I have been wiping down my leather with a damp microfiber for awhile, and I was wondering if this will take off or affect the leather conditioner that I put on the seat? I've been using Zaino Z-10, but I may switch to Lexol. Is wiping down the leather with a damp microfiber towel, followed by a dry one to totally dry it a good method of cleaning it in between conditioning it?

While water is the most common solvent, but it requires some help with cleaning (just like you add soap in a shower)
Try a 10:1 solution Woolite / distilled water. IMO switching from Zaino to Lexol is a giant step backwards

Ratios (Dilution):
Dilution rates are shown as a ratio i.e. a 10:1 solution of distilled water / Woolite®, this means that the product is diluted ten parts distilled water to one part Woolite®. If you have a container with dilution markings fill the bottle with water to the dilution level required and then add product to the fill line.

Your best bet is to go with a really good leather cleaner and then do a once over with a really good leather protector which helps to moisturize the leather can keep it from cracking or developing stress lines.

I had the seats shampood and put on zaino z10 -- it still kinda smells when the weather gets hot. I have to get it steam cleaned now. The headrests do not smell - they smell like the original leather.

Ya know thats the second time I have heard of the Acura leather gettin stinky. I have a potential client the next town over complaining of the same thing.....I advised him exactly what Jon advised, then recondition with a good conditioner. He even said the headrests were fine also!
