Yup.......seen it before. You can do most of that yourself. In fact, having a paint depth gauge is the only item I see that would be cost prohibitive.

Holy smokes! 5K for the detail job? Granted he's thorough, but he's got these owners bamboozled. I guess if you have to ask how much, you can't afford it...
