DO NOT USE REGULAR WINDEX. It has Ammonia in it. Over time it will make your tint brittle and turn it purple. Look for Windex with out ammonia. Windex makes a version that uses Vinegar instead of Ammonia. I use this version and it works very well. The installers of my tint warned me about this.

The place that did my tinting gave me a bottle of their cleaner.
They were "adimate" not to use Windex at all.
Either use just regular water or windex without ammonia.

Exactly what marine1 said...the ammonia in windex or most glass cleaners will fade your tint...not immediately, but just wait...it'll happen. You should look for ones that say for use on tint or have no ammonia..

Get a chamie. make it really wet (it is best to use a older one that has been worked in). Squeeze it out then just wipe the window putting some elbow grease into it. Now take a clean terry cloth towel and wipe again putting pressure. Been detailing for years. trust me it works. My 3.2 type s has 35% all around and my wifes 97 maxima se has 20% all around and every car either of us have ever owned have been tinted and every one has been cleaned like this. All of our customer cars are also done this way tinted or not. You are using no cleaners but water so it will never hurt the windows. If you do smoke alot i would do this once a week. Good luck
