hey OP, one thing you can do that would definitely prove everyone that your paint (yes I said paint, not waxed paint) is fully swirl free...

Get a bottle of rubbing alcohol and mix it 50/50 with water
Spray one panel down completely and wipe (with your chammy)
Then, the most important part....SUN SHOTS....DIRECT SUN SHOTS (on that panel of course).
If you really still see (and can prove) no imperfections, then your word might...might...almost...somewhat...possibly...carry some weight around here.
