The previous owner of my car obviously didnt take care of the car while washing it because there is a lot of swirling visible especially since its black. Just wondering if anyone knew how to remedy this problem.

First off .. scroll down and do some reading .. the question has been covered a few rines before .. or search swirling or polishing etc.

 

do some research on machine/orbital polishing...you will need a machine to do the paint correction....pc/udm/g110/flex are the machines you are looking for....
