How Do I Remove This Spot?

(1) What might have caused this white spot and (2) how would I go about removing it?

No matter how much I wash it, it doesn't seem to come off. Any ideas guys? Thanks a lot in advance.

Anyone? Could it be a water or soap spot?

Maybe it's a rock scuff? I really don't know what it is. I don't feel anything when I run my finger over the white spot.

Give the 50/50 vinegar/water on a MF a try. Let it soak in for five minutes or so (just leave the towel there) and see what happens... If it's minerals from water, that should do it. Do you have any Klasse AIO or other chemical paint cleaner to try? Next up, abrasives?

Is Meguiar's Deep Crystal System Paint Cleaner good enough or should I try something else? Also, do I just rub the spot with the paint cleaner until it goes away?

Give the Megs a try on a foam applicator or Terry applicator. If you have a PC then go to town. If you don't see any noticeable improvement after a few minutes of work, you will probably need to try something more aggressive, like a true polish.

Thanks! Also, I have very very very fine scratches in the black rubber (?) accents around the windows and I wanted to know if there was a way to get rid of these?
