Intersting video!
Been using Shell no-contact car wash for 2 years, very safe, however they never give me nice clean.
This winter i decided to use Petro-Canada soft cloth car warsh, it's much cleaner but sometime they leave some scratch mark (probably some rocks left from the previous dirty car). I have to use wax to take it out.
Cleaning your car by yourself is safer but who has time to clean in Canadian cold winter lol

Wow, I can see a touchless wash being ok but not the ones with the brushes like that. I personally hand wash most of the time. Living in Ohio can bring some brutal weather though, so sometimes I opt for the touchless wash.
