HELP! Tiny Bumps under Paint after Body Work

Hi Guys - Just did my second Zaino on Aegean Blue and I'm now into inspecting the entire car very closely (found I will need clay bar). So-as I was looking at the front bumper I found 4 or 5 very tiny little bumps under the paint. Now, My bumper was hit the first month I had the car while it was parked and the front bumper was replaced, therefore, these bumps were done by body shop painting bumper. My question is - can I fix this myself? I'm afraid to try to scratch one off with my fingernail because I don't want to make it worse but if I did then it will need a dab of paint I think. I have a bottle of paint from the body shop. Will this work or look worse? Will clay bar fix it??

I am trying to save bringing it back to the shop although I could it has just been 2 months since the repair was done but the bumps are just is so tiny and only several. The problem is that now I notice EVERYTHING and am into perfection with the Zaino!!!

Please help!! Rustito

I would bring it back to body shop if you want perfection.
