In a desperate attempt to clean my car, I used some harsh towels that really scratched up my paint. I'm going to have the car professionally buffed. In my opinion Zaino is great stuff, but it does not get all the swirl marks out of black paint. I think the only way to do that is with a highspeed buffer...anyhow, after I get the car back, should I just hit it up with z2, or should I dawn it then apply z1 followed by a couple coats of z2? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You have to definately dawn wash it before you zaino. If they use a sealant, which I don't think they will, then you'll have to use rubbing alcohol. But I think they'll use a polish/wax combo, so you'll have to dawn wash. Might want to do it a couple of times. Then you'll also be able to see if they really got rid of the swirls out or just filled them in. Where did you hear about the place your taking your car to?

you will need to use z1 - buffing will take everything you had on the car, off the car and after dawn washing (at least once) you are starting fresh . ..
