It's NBP (FYI) and yea, that is one of the hardest colors to keep swirl free. Swirls can be attributed to improper washing techniques and improper tools i.e. brushes, towels, wash mitts as well as other reasons. You may want to look at the AZ Car Care FAQs as well the other links below regarding car washing techniques.

I would recommend polishing using a PC (Porter Cable) Dual Action polisher. Most swirls can be removed using a mild abraisive polish with a polishing pad. It can be done by hand but it will be a long and tedious process. Use the search feature to find threads/posts regarding swirls. You can also check out Autopia's "How To" section for more info as well. Another go to reference is the Better Car Care site on "How To Remove Swirls" .

Meguiars has a great thread to get you started. The G100 is the exact same polisher as the Porter Cable 7424.

Using the G-100 to remove swirls with the Professional Line

Sweet, haven't visited the Megs site in awhile, what's the G-100 goin for? The 7336 is $109 at Lowes. The only difference is the CW. Just curious.
