At least you've got only 8% humidity. Here in Kansas City, we usually have about 85% humidity. But this has been the coolest summer I can ever remember here.

we've had nothing but rain for 2 whole weeks. today was the first glimpse of sun. through yesterday afternoon, Atlanta has had up to 20+ inches of rain in most places just the weekend alone.

pfft...it's a dry heat. 
That is really low though...at least you don't have to worry too much about sweating. It'll all have dried up before it can even leave your pores!
