For the newb's , seriously take ExcelDetail into consideration when ordering products.
Money can be spent anywhere ,but customer service makes a BIG difference...Patrick's a classy individual who will take care of you.
He doesn't carry everything ,but he carries the RIGHT things...quality.

(By the way, this gushing effusion is wholly unsolicited. I have NO ties to Excel and NO alterior motives. I've been ordering products online for a few years now and more and more find myself ordering there....I'm just giving overdue credit where it's deserved).

I'm sure others here will chime in with similar sentiments.

What else is there to say . . . . Though we've never met, we've conversed often (through the forum) and Patrick definetly epitomizes class. I concur wholly with Jon . . . customer service makes the difference and credit has been long overdue. Hopefully, sometime in the future when I'm down south, I'll make it a point to drop in and finally get to meet you.

Customer Service along with commitment and having the "go the extra mile" attitude is necessary along with detremental when you are in this buisness, or any business dealing directly with customers. Patrick has helped me tremendously from recommending products, wether he carried them or not, to calling or answering my calls to help me with my detail. I just fully detailed my car this past weekend and could not have done it if he did not help me both by getting the product in within 3 days and giving me constant advice on how to correctly use them.
Patrick, I thank you for everything you have done to help all of us. Our repayment or gift to you is recommending you to all we talk to, friends, family and neighbors.

Personalized customer service is top-notch. Prices are comparable to Autogeek if not better. The peace of mind that if I get stuck while I'm detailing I can drop him a PM and get a timely response is priceless. Try doing that somewhere else... not gonna happen.

Just got my 5star leather shampoo and leather protectent today from Excel Detail! Yay! Also just did my vinyl today and used the 303 on it after cleaning. What a nice shine, not overly glossy, but just right. Shipping was quick enough for ground service and packaging was wrapped nice and tight. Def. will do business again as well.
