Excel need help. Leather care

Ok for the last month I have been trying out 3 difffernt leather product.

But first here the background on my car. Bought the car In jan 2001. And from then I have always used megiuars gold class in one leather cleaner and conditioner, or LExol 2 step with cleaner and conditioner. I have no Issues with my leather in the TL. Up until last year the car looks like I left the showroom floor.

Now 7 years later at 112k miles I am starting to see wear on the sides of the seat and normal wear and tear.

Now I see you offer different product and also found other great products on line to.

With out a bias opinion what is the best leather cleaner with will take all the dirt off the surface and open up the pores for the conditionerr, and whats the best conditioner that will leave the leather at a soft natural finish. If you want I can post pics of the seats also.

Pics always help! Your first step, naturally is to get the leather its cleanest. For wear and tear, theres really nothing permanent you can do. Keeping a leather product slick is the easiest way to keep it looking new. That way there is no attrition when getting in and out. One tends to slide when getting one and off the seats. Less attrition, less stress on the leather. Most seats are actually coated these days with a UV inhibitor which really "seals" the leather. Conditioning it, is really just providing that slickness once again.
Try cleaning with a warm water solution of cleaner and water, with a microfiber. You can always use a dedicated cleaner which has light cleaners and moisturizers.
303 also has UV inhibitors in it, which helps deter surface breakdown.
I always recommend using warm water with a MF first though....

For the creases and folds, nothing can be done. Those are the stretch points where the leather has weakened. Just clean with warm water and a little Woolite (if you have it). Warm water will do wonders also. As I said, a little cleaner will work also, but DILUTE IT with the warm water.

Zaino's Leather in a Bottle is the absolute shit for a conditioner. Fantastic leather smell and gives the leather a good supple, soft feel. Not greasy at all...

And like Patrick said, diluted Woolite is a great cleaner for leather...

The SurfCity leather rejuvinator is a super quality product. And at $8.00, its tough to beat for 8 oz. That and Four Star come highly recommended.

How would one remove the belt line that has formed on the back of the driver's seat in the above pictures? Is this possible to remove, or is this probably permanent?
