Exceldetail will slowly be upgrading its 5.5" Erasure line. It currently meets all of our spec's, but I have decided to match designs to the popular 6.5" pads. The only difference you folks will see is the actual corners/edge becoming rounded, just as it it on the 6.5" pads. I was experimenting with both styles, the rounded on the 6.5" and the vertical on the current 5.5". I have found that I really didnt notice any performance difference, but some have expressed the rounded corner "looks" nicer. So be it, the customers have spoken, and the switch to rounded corners/edges has already begun.
Also, the Erasures are produced exclusively for Exceldetail, and not available anywhere else.
Oh, 4" pads will follow suite.

On another note, i kind of let the cat out of the bag about a new product I was designing. This was being developed for folks who detail by hand, as well as for folks who detail via machine. The product will bring benefits to all aspects of hand polishing!! Unheard of!
I did recieve the prototypes yesterday, but was one short, so testing cant begin quite yet. I spoke with the manufacturer who told me the additional part has been fabricated and in route!
I'll certainly keep you folks posted as to its progress. You will be the first to know about it, as well as a special price, here first!
