Engine dressing?

P21'ed the engine the other day and it turned great. That stuff is pretty impressive. Now do I "dress" it or leave it? And which product would suit?

I like Poorboy's Natural Look dressing, it leaves a nice matte finish and does the trick. Cheap and easy to apply.
