Unhappy Dog slobber on clear coat= bad

My French Mastiff has a little bit of a drooling problem ( you may have seen Turner & Hooch ). I didn't wash my car for about a month , and this just baked on there.

Washing it didn't do anything. I even tried some wax I had laying around on it, with no luck. I plan on using Zaino on the car soon ,and would like to make it less noticeable before I do. Any ideas?

Can you feel that with your fingernail? You might have to polish that out.

You can feel most of it with your finger, which is why I thought it would wash right off. After it didn't wash(Meguiars Gold Class) or wax(also Meguiars) off, I took a real close look at it. It almost looks like it just crinkled up the clearcoat.

Good to hear. I was going to do that to the whole car anyway, but I that would just seal it in.

She does that too. Who would have thought a short haired dog could shed so much.

That almost looks like it's etched into the paint.

That's what I'm afraid of. I thought saliva was acidic. Going to try the clay and polish thing. Hope it works

Hard to say but it may be possible for a chemical cleaner type polish to clean it up like Klasse AIO.
