Dash Care

I usually don't put anything on the dash. I just wipe it down with a damp cloth and dry it with a soft cloth right behind it. Today, when the sun was shining, it almost looks like a chalky residue. So its time to put something on it to protect it and what is the best thing to use?

Probably the most popular dash protectant among detailers and other car care fanatics is Aerospace 303. That's what I've been using for years - great stuff!

Where can you buy 303 in a retail location...not online having to wait for a bottle of cleaner would only make sense!!!

i also never cared for dash dressing until I saw a few pics of Optimum in action and decided to try it. It holds up forever and can be worked to a fairly flat finish. 303 never impressed me, but the masses surely prove me wrong.

Although 303 is very good, Optimum Protectant plus is equally as good. They both have different appearances though.....Truthfully, i probably use OPP more.

303 is a great product, but for an OTC, Meguiars Quik Interior Detailer Wipes work really well.
