Crap on rims

I got my car painted by my family and they did a pretty good job for what i ask to be PAINTED. It looks like i got some kinda of over spray on my rims or some shit. I ask my uncle what could i do to get this stuff off and he said to use gasoline and a rag to rub it off. So i tired that and it worked for the most part. I still see some of this crap on there and was wondering if anyone here had any ideas of what i could used to take this crap off my rims. Without messing up the chrome or fading it

You could try paint thinner maybe diluted in some water, i guess it depeneds on the kind of rims you have, the finish on the rims.

Paint thinner is a petroleum product. It won't mix with water.

Use the clay bar. Any harsh chemicals you run the risk of having the chrome peel.
