Cleaning Exhaust Tips?

So I just realized there's kinda of a yellowish tint on my exhaust tips. The tips are stainless steel I believe and I've tried just cleaning them but Didn't help too much. Do I need to actually polish them with a machine or is there a product that anyone wants to recommend? Thanks!

I use Blue Magic metal polish on mine, and they come out very nicely. I advise doing it every wash to avoid a build up.

Any kind of metal/ss polish would work well.

wash first with water and soap to get rid of grime and dirt, then follow up with a metal polish. I use Eagle One Never Dull, you can get it at walmart and it works wonders.

The SS tips on the Acura like many cars is very low quality and will stain .. SS is a pretty loose word with all kinds of grades.

Best thing is to give them a quick wash every car wash. That will help a lot. Baring that the NevrDul works great.

I've heard toothpaste (not the gel stuff) works as a metal polish too since it containts fine abrasives. I'm gonna have to try it out when I wash my car in a week or so.

mother aluminum/mag wheel polish is the bomb...the more you use it the better it works...you could also start with some lite sanding first to create a really bright shine...
