Clean exhaust pipes

Hey. I think the TSX tailpipes are some of the nicest. But mine are getting black and I have put off cleaning them too long. What's the best way to get them shiny chrome again? I bought some metal cleaner stuff, Eagle One Never Dull Wadding Polish. It says it cleans and polishes all metals. I tried it a little adn it didn't do much. I think I just have to keep trying. Suggestions?

You can use steel wool #0000 to remove the blackness then use a good polish like BlueMagic Metal Polish.
