Which Claybar/Wax to get?

A little background: About each week I was my car, clean the wheels and put tire shine on. I have yet to do any waxing/polishing.

This Friday I was going to do this since I have a day off. Just wondering what claybar and wax I should get (something I get pick up at my local Pep Boys or wherever) and about how long that process (clay/wax) will take in addition to what I normally do. I don't need anything superexpensive, just something that does the trick.

Imho, I've tried these products from your local shops (can be found at Pepboys, autozone, Advance Auto, walmart)...the Mothers, or meguires, or turtle wax 2step claybar systems all does the same job

My favorite is Clay Magic; it comes in a black and blue box. I've never been a fan of anything from Mothers or Meguiars in terms of clay. The clay feels cheap compared to Clay Magic.

The following combo is a great value:
http://www.autogeek.net/xmt-speed-clay-bundle.html

AG has great product selections and customer service. They often have discounts, which may have minimum purchase requirements. However, it is quite easy to meet these requirements because they have so many items to choose from. It is easy to develop an addiction to their products. You can lose yourself for days on their website. In addition, they have good detailing advice on their site as well. They are quite responsive and accommodating and, like I said, have excellent customer service - just give them a call.

If I had to choose from a local auto parts store, I would go with tthe Mothers Claybar/Showtime kit. Showtime is a better then average QD, runs about $15.00. I actually used to sell the kit, which at the time included the cleaner/wax.
