Anyone have suggestion on a chrome cleaner?

I just noticed today that a particular spot on the chrome grill has a "burnt" looking spot. It's not dirt cause it won't rub off. I have yet to try a cleaner/wax since I'm not sure if that will actually do more harm than good.

 

Maybe the "Metal Finish Polishing Creme" from "Finish First"? You can order it here...

I got some with my Finish First Polish order this week but haven't had a chance to try it yet.

 

Mother's makes a good metal cleaner as well.

 

I used that Finish First Metal Finish Polishing Creme that I mentioned above on the TSX's tail pipes and it worked pretty good.

 

You might want to be careful, most chrome cleaners have some abrasives in them. I'd try a pre-wax cleaner first like Meguires or HD Clense from Zymol.

 

Ive used "Never Dull" for chrome this year, and been happy with the results. Its a "wadding" material that comes in a can. . .

thats for trouble areas though, not regular maintenance (IMHO)
