cheap compound

i need to compound my 89 toyota celica ST.

the finish is very blurry, it has a nice metallic blue but it suffering from a lot of shit.

There are many good (depends upon your perception of cheap though)

However before recommending a polish / compound *I* would need a better description than "the finish is very blurry, it has a nice metallic blue but it suffering from a lot of shit."
